Serenity = the state of being calm, peaceful, untroubled.
Each day brings journeys that impact your serenity in various ways. Learning how to adapt and adjust is a skillset that is often overlooked. Often, making slight changes to your body's fuel source, thought patterns, movement techniques, sleep habits and mindset leads to serenity in the moment. My goal is to help you find your Serenity2day.

With 30+ years experience working in various healthcare settings, I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with disordered eating, addictions, mental/behavioral health challenges, and grief, along with many other health and activity circumstances (sports, diabetes, cardiovascular, cancer). As a mom of four sons and one daughter and wife for 25+ years, my knowledge and techniques have often been challenged, which has helped me develop better understanding of individual serenity patterns. My niche is helping you discover and use small steps to move you towards a state of serenity, no matter what journey the day brings.

The initial session will include a full nutrition assessment to review your health history, explore your relationship with food and movement, assess your nutritional needs and discuss your hopes and goals for nutrition therapy.
Follow up sessions include education and goal development. Specifics of the goals and education are unique to you and your needs.
Check-ins are shorter conversations for support available to address any issues or concerns that may come up between sessions.
